About this deck

This deck uses Characeters of only Elves and Dunadains. These races may have great prowess modification benefits from specific cards. I made this deck as soon as I have noticed that the "Clear Skies" is not a "cannot be duplicated" card. By using some combos, their prowess increase as follows. Theoretical Maximam prowess modification Clear Skies +2X3 Stars of High Hope +2 X3 Fellowship +1 X3 =+15 Estimated average prowess modification +6 to +10 "Clear Skies" and/or "Stars of High Hope" will be made as permanent by using "Echos of All Joy".

Wizard

As a result, the weakest character in this deck will be my wizard. However, he does not have to run the risk of being attacked by big creatures (possibly "Assassin" and "Slayer") in this deck. He has some tasks to complete in this deck. 1.The very first tern when he is revealed, he uses sidebord to put 4 factions to discard pile at organization phase. (Wizard should appear in "Edhellond") 2.The next turn he access sidebord to put "Horns, horns, horns" into play deck. 3.He uses sidebord to put "New Friendship" and/or "A Friend or Three" into play deck when he has nothing to do. 4.He uses sidebord to correspond opponent's hazard strategy. "Marvels Told","Sun Unveiled" against corruption hazard "Praize to Elbeleth" against Nazgul hazard "Promptiongs of Wizdoms" against Road Block 5.He controls one or two characters to get 3 character MP. 6.When there is "Nenselde the Wingild" in hand, he goes to Dol Amroth to play it. He should not move to anywhere unless there is enough prowess bounus card is in play. (at least one "Clear Skies" is needed.) "Stars of High Hope" doesn't make prowess bounus for him. He also should not move alone (for safe from "Lure of Nature") He and his follower move to Dol Amroth to play "Nenselde of Wingild" After "Nenselde" is played, each Long-evnet phase she taps to take one resorce long event and recycle. If the opponent was a dragon hazard deck and seems he may have "Dragon's Blood", "Nenselde"should recyle "Cloudless Day" instead of "Stars of High Hope"

Key cards

The most important card in this deck is definitely "Gates of the Morning" I have to keep this card in play with "Cock Crows", "Twilight" and another "Gates of the Morning" "Twilight" shold be recycled by using "Unexpected Outpost" "Fellowship" and "Emerald of the Marinar" will be the help against corruptions. The biggest weak point of this deck is the fact that my company gets MP very slow because it cannot be split company. The company size should not be less than 4 (for keeping "Fellowship" and insurance against "Alone and Unadvised".

Starting Campany

1st choice Thranduil (substitute Glorfindel) Elf-stone Gardor Horn of Anor Faramir(substitute Beretar Forlong Free general influence of 6 2nd choice Thranduil (substitute Glorfindel) Horn of Anor Forlong Imrahil (substitute Legoras) Elf-stone Elladan (substitute Elrohir) Free general influence of 5 In both starting campany The most important character is Forlong.(not Thranduil or Glorfindel) Because there is no substitute character (dunadan, high prowess with mind 1) (Belegond has mind of 2) Galdor is also a special character that there is no substitute.

Hazard Strategy

Another weak point of this deck is the fact that both player will have benefit from "Clear Skies" and "Star of High Hope". No hazard creature will be useless in this deck. I put Hazard Creatures of "Dunadan" and "Elves". They are detainment and opponent cannot get creature MP. (I thought "Dunadan" and "Elves" hazard creature is also enhanced by "Star of High Hope", but Brian Wong said that does not work. Anyway -3 prowess to characters as a result of detainment attack. Easy and effective hazards against character with big prowess are corruption and road block. I chose Agent Road Block for challenge. Some people are saying Road Block is the most cheeziest hazard, but I don't think Agent Road Block is so effective hazard. Though "My Precious" + "Innner Cunning"(as a short event) "Baduila" + "Innner Cunning"(as a permanent event) may be sometimes really nasty against "One Ring deck" "River" and "Adunaphel" may be much useful. Anyway, opppontnt get many MP. There is no way to get big Tournament Point like 6-0. And also note that Hazard Events that need Agent do not effective aginst Minions. The biggest advantage of this deck is "stability".
